My complete event emcee service package starts at $4,500 and includes the following:
  • A kick-off meeting to establish goals, audience expectations, and event details.
  • Creation of a detailed Run of Show, a step-by-step timeline for every moment of your event.
  • Collaboration with speakers, panelists, or partners to prepare for their roles.
  • A custom video or promotional asset for your social channels to drive excitement and awareness of the event.
  • Guidance on event title creation as well as landing page copy to increase registrations.
  • Oversight of all technical aspects, including webinar platforms like Zoom, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams or Linkedin/Youtube live streams.
  • Setting up audience engagement features, including polls, chats, or breakout discussions.
  • A dry run and technical rehearsal with key contributors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Hosting the event with professionalism, humor, and connection that captivates your audience.
  • Managing transitions, audio/visual cues, and audience interaction to keep everything on track.
  • A debrief session to capture lessons learned and outline next steps for follow-ups and/or planning future events.
  • Building on the alignment and experience gained around your first event, meeting with your stakeholders to plan follow-on events to maintain momentum.
  • Working with your sales and marketing teams to ensure there's an event component built into all your quarterly campaign strategies to ensure strong ROI.
